The inaugural Refuge featured 30 leaders from NYC's creative, culinary, media, cultural, and business communities, who gathered for a secret dinner. The venue, aptly named The Spot, required attendees to locate a hidden elevator in Little Italy, which—three floors up—led to an intimate dining lounge that was exclusively ours for the evening. Every detail was meticulously curated: welcome cards, bespoke cocktails, a wonderful jazz trio, the seating chart, and, of course, the food.
All work talk or sales pitches were fully set aside in favor of real connection. A perfect start to a legendary series.
